• You are a graduate/post graduate in Engineering/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Computers/Communication 

• You have min 10 years experience in mud logging industry including at least 5 years of  field work 

• Excellent knowledge of mud logging systems, practices and products.   

• Thorough knowledge of all mud logging equipment, software systems and procedures  

• A good understanding of quality management systems  

• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English Language A MUST 

• Proven leadership, communication skill 

• Strong initiative and self‐motivation 

You will be handling key responsibilities: 

• Under general supervision, will look be responsible for all technical co‐ordination, installation,  commissioning and troubleshooting of mud logging unit and equipment at site and at base/workshop 

• Utilize knowledge of company products and services in conjunction with experience in mud logging technology to optimize service quality.  

• Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations in all aspects of job  performance 

• Based on the results of routine and break down maintenance, will provide technical  guidance required to achieve maximum performance in a cost‐effective manner 

• Ensure that an adequate inventory of equipment are available at the rig site, based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions  

• Track material usage and maintain record of same for inventory and billing purposes  

• Maintains good working relationship with company geologist/representative and rig  personnel 

• Implementing new advanced technology and working with coordinators and field  personnel  to ensure smooth operations 

• Coordinating with coordinators and management for training personnel  

• Working with Country QA/QC manager implementing policies and procedures  

• Liaison with R&M. workshop and engineering  

• Direct and assist in the recruitment of new field, support and operations staff  

• Ensure the correct training and competency assurance is provided for all mud logging engineers
