Manager Operations-Mud
logging
-
You hold at least a masters in geology or a bachelors in engineering
-
You have min 15 years experience in mud
logging industry including at least 8 years of
field and coordination work
-
Excellent knowledge of mud
logging systems, practices and products.
-
Thorough knowledge of all mud
logging equipment, software systems and procedures
-
A good understanding of quality management systems.
-
Financial awareness
-
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English Language A MUST
-
Proven leadership, communication skill
-
Strong initiative and self‐motivation
You will be handling key responsibilities:
-
Reviewing cost and personnel issues on a monthly and quarterly basis with Region and District management
-
Providing commercial recommendations to the responsible District / Area manager for tenders and bids in line with company profitability expectations.
-
Implementing new advanced technology and working with coordinators and field
personnel to ensure smooth operations.
-
Coordinating with coordinators and management for training personnel and reviewing
competencies.
-
Working with Country QA/QC manager implementing policies and procedures and
follow up with audits.
-
Maintaining good records of all equipment in Regions working with Asset manager
relative to tracking of assets and
inventory. Examine and scrutinize inventory and asset ordering within the region.

Ensure timely production and deliverables to customers.
-
Visiting clients for potential work and and monitor market conditions. Client
coordination for tenders in pipeline
and ongoing contracts
-
Promoting and attending operations meetings within District
-
Liaison with R&M. workshop and engineering
-
Identify and pursue mud
logging opportunities throughout Indonesia and the
surrounding regions
-
Achieving set targets in terms of profitability, reliability and utilization.
-
Direct and assist in the recruitment of new field, support and operations staff
-
Ensure the correct training and competency assurance is provided for all mud
logging engineers
-
Ensure maximum retention of staff
-
Working as a part of Elog cross functional teams.
